Founder of Quantum Arc Advisory LLP and a senior HR leader with over 20 years of experience across HR Advisory, Employee Relations, HR Business Partnering, Shared Services, People Governance, Organizational Effectiveness and Leadership Development. Through Quantum Arc Advisory LLP, he partners with MSMEs, growing enterprises, educational institutions, leadership teams, and professionals to build stronger people systems, capable managers, future-ready talent, and governance-led growth. His work combines deep corporate HR experience with practical execution, helping founders and institutions move from informal practices to structured, scalable, and sustainable growth.

Narayana Murthy Nookala

COO of Quantum Arc Advisory LLP and a senior operations and risk professional with over 24 years of cross-industry experience spanning hospitality, food processing, startups, BFSI, fintech, and large-scale global operations. A graduate of the Culinary Academy of India, he began his career as a South Indian Chef at JW Marriott Mumbai and subsequently progressed into senior culinary and food-processing leadership roles across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. His career later evolved into startup operations, sales and marketing, risk management, compliance, and technology-enabled financial services.

Srilaxmi Amarnath

Chartered Accountant and transformation leader with more than 20 years of experience across global financial services, consulting and shared-services organisations. Her expertise spans business strategy, operating model design, finance transformation, governance, risk and compliance, process excellence and executive decision support. As an independent advisor, she helps growing businesses strengthen financial management, internal controls, management information, systems integration, audit readiness and scalable operating structures.

Chef Sateesh

Hospitality professional, entrepreneur, educator, public speaker, and consultant with extensive experience across five-star hotels, culinary events, hospitality education, and business consulting. A Hotel Management graduate from Osmania University, he began his culinary career with ITC Hotels and worked across Kolkata, Delhi, and Hyderabad. He later contributed to culinary concept development and major corporate, cultural, and team-building events at Ramoji Film City. Driven by his passion for mentoring and industry development, Chef Sateesh transitioned into teaching and consulting.
